IsTopmost Attribute
Data Type: smallint
4GL Access: RW
This attribute determines whether the frame has the topmost property.
Valid values are:
TRUE
Specifies that the frame is always displayed on top of windows that do not have the topmost property
FALSE
Disregards whether the frame is topmost
