Windows Firewall
If your OpenROAD Server is installed on Windows XP SP2 or later, you must turn off the Windows Firewall to enable remote clients to access the server. This behavior is present in the following Microsoft Windows releases:
• Windows Server 2003 R2
• Windows Vista
• Windows Server 2008
• Windows Server 2008 R2
• Windows 7
