The HeightConstrained attribute is set to TRUE when the latest request to resize the frame would result in the frame becoming taller than the screen. The frame's height is set equal to the screen height.

This attribute is set explicitly if you set the WindowHeight attribute or implicitly if you set the IsAutoSized attribute to TRUE.
