4GL Access: RW

The OutlineColor attribute controls the color of the border line or shadow of the bounding box around the field.

If OutlineStyle is OS_SOLID or the OS_DEFAULT setting is treated as OS_SOLID, the OutlineColor attribute setting is enforced.

Default: CC_FOREGROUND
