The Point1Y attribute specifies the starting y-coordinate of the segment relative to the top of the parent field or form.

Point1Y is the first of the y points you specified when you created the line segment, not necessarily the uppermost point. (That is, you can draw a line from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top of the form.)
