The Point2Y attribute specifies the second y-coordinate of the segment relative to the top of the parent field.

Point2Y is the second of the y points you specified when you created the line segment, not necessarily the bottommost point. (That is, you can draw a line from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top of the form.)
