The ScrollBarField class is the field that represents an independent scroll bar on a form. In most cases, such as the scroll bar for a frame, a table field, a viewport, or a multiline entry field, OpenROAD creates and maintains the scroll bars for you.

However, in some advanced applications, you can display an independent scroll bar on a form. In this case, you can create a scroll bar field. To trigger event code for changes to a scroll bar, use a 4GL event block for the SetValue event.
