The UpdChoiceList method refreshes the display to reflect changes in the value list. The selected value is also refreshed to the default value of the field, which is the same value that the SetToDefault method will set it to. This value is determined by the values of DefaultValue and DefaultString (if the default value is DV_STRING). For more information, see the FieldObject DefaultValue Attribute.
