4GL Access: RW

The Value attribute specifies the value that the tag is set to. This value can range from a simple status to the base64 encoding of a Zip file.

Known tags (tags defined in the appedtags.xml or usertags.xml files) have an associated data type that can be accessed in the code and applied to the value to coerce it where necessary.
