The WidthConstrained attribute is set to TRUE when the latest request to resize the frame would result in the frame becoming wider than the screen. The frame's width is set equal to the screen width.

This attribute is set explicitly if you set the WindowWidth attribute or implicitly if you set the IsAutoSized attribute to TRUE.
