4GL Access: RW

The WindowYTop attribute specifies the upper coordinate of the window for a frame.

If you set this attribute, the top border of the window moves to the specified position. If you access this attribute, the value represents the current top position of the window. The values are in 1000ths of an inch and, depending on the WindowPlacement setting, are relative to either the top of the screen or the top of the parent frame.
