IsToolWindow Attribute

Determines whether the title bar has the tool window style. This attribute has effect only if IsTitled is TRUE.
Valid values are:
TRUE
Specifies that the height of the title bar is somewhat shorter than a normal title bar and the window does not appear in the task bar. Only a Close button may be displayed in the title bar when a frame has this style. Minimize and Maximize buttons are not displayed.
FALSE
Specifies that the window is not a tool window
