The UpdateBias attribute specifies the bias setting for the menu item when the CurMode attribute for the frame is set to FM_UPDATE.

OpenROAD enforces this attribute when CurMode is FM_UPDATE. If you change this attribute when CurMode is not FM_UPDATE, the new setting is not enforced until you change CurMode to FM_UPDATE.

Valid values are the same as for the AllBias attribute (see AllBias Attribute).
