Various SPO error events are also reflected in the log. The following example shows an error event caused by an Initiate request that specified an unauthorized image file.

Unauthorized application image.
The 4GL image requested is not authorized to be run by the ORSPO. It must be registered by the Server Manager first.
The HResult and error text will reflect the same values that were returned to the client.
