How to Use the ormsiexec.bat Script
Several examples are provided that demonstrate how to install OpenROAD into an existing Ingres instances or using the Standalone Net Client packaged with the products.
The following is assumed about the OpenROAD 6.2 examples:
The OpenROAD 6.2 installer has been downloaded and placed under the C:\temp directory.
A 32-bit Ingres CT instance that is compatible with OpenROAD has been installed.
The ormsiexec.bat, openroad_x86_ingresCT.rsp, and openroad_x86_sanet.rsp files have been placed into the 32-bit OpenROAD 6.2 installation directory.
The commands will be run from a Command Window. The installer is required to have local Administrative privileges on the machine.
The output will be displayed to the Command Window.

The Loadnrun 6.2 installer has been downloaded and placed under the C:\temp directory.
A 32-bit Ingres CT instance that is compatible with OpenROAD has been installed.
The ormsiexec.bat, loadnrun_x86_nonet.rsp, and loadnrun_x86_sanet.rsp files have been placed into the 32-bit Loadnrun 6.2 installation directory.
The commands will be run from a Command Window. The installer is required to have local Administrative privileges on the machine.
The output will be displayed to the Command Window.
