FgColor Attribute

The FgColor attribute sets the color of the cell foreground, such as text or a bar.
Default: CC_FOREGROUND

Note: Setting the FgColor attribute sets an internal value. If the field is currently in reverse, the current background color changes. When the field is not in reverse video, the foreground color changes.
