4GL Access: RW

The FileHandle attribute identifies an external text file from which OpenROAD loads the contents into the Value attribute of the LongVcharObject. If you set this attribute to an empty or null string, OpenROAD clears the LongVcharObject. If you set this attribute to an invalid file name, OpenROAD generates an error message and clears the LongVcharObject object.
