The Ingres attribute is applicable only if the
ServerType Attribute has a value of DS_INGRES_DBMS.
Valid values are:
TRUE
Indicates that the database session is connected to an Ingres DBMS or to an Ingres gateway that supports all Ingres capabilities
FALSE
Indicates that the database session is actually connected through an Ingres gateway to a non-Ingres DBMS, and the gateway does not support all Ingres capabilities
