4GL Access: RW

The OffBitmapLabel attribute specifies a bitmap image to display if the toggle field is set to off (0).

If you specify the OnBitmapLabel attribute but do not specify this attribute, OpenROAD uses an inverse of the OnBitmapLabel bitmap image as the OffBitmapLabel.
