4GL Access: RW

The User2Bias specifies the bias setting for the menu item when the CurMode attribute for the frame is set to FM_USER2.

OpenROAD enforces this attribute when CurMode is FM_USER2. If you change this attribute when CurMode is not FM_USER2, the new setting does not take effect until you change CurMode to FM_USER2.

Valid values are the same as for the AllBias Attribute.
