TabBar Class Gets New Attribute
A TabBar is the rectangular area that contains the visual representation of all the tabs. The TabBar class gains the following attribute:
TabBgColor
Data Type: integer
4GL Access: RW
The TabBgColor attribute specifies the background color of the tabbar where it is not covered by TabFields.
Default: CC_PALE_GRAY
