Release Notes - The release notes are located in readme_psql.htm on the distribution media and contain late-breaking news that could not be included in the user documentation.

When installing PSQL v12 for the first time on a system, the installer checks whether all of the needed system files meet the minimum requirements. In some cases, these files are locked by the operating system and a restart is required before the installer can continue. Click Yes to restart the system. The installer is then automatically restarted.
