Setting Up Apache Spark
The Vector installer, when run in interactive mode, will configure an existing Spark binary.
The Vector installer, when run in express or batch mode, will not configure Spark. You can, however, install and configure Spark after Vector installation using the iisuspark utility. If you do not want iisuspark to download the Apache Spark package, you must download it and provide the location on disk.
After Spark is installed, you can further configure Spark, as described in Configuring Spark to Access S3 Cloud Storage and Configuring Spark to Use JDBC.
Note:  Spark is not supported on Vector Windows.
