X100 Storage Type
By default, Vector uses the X100 storage structure.
The X100 storage type differs from traditional Ingres storage types in the following ways:
• Queries accessing X100 tables use an alternative execution module that is optimized for analytical processing.
• A query that accesses tables using X100 storage cannot access tables using other Ingres storage types.
• Some operations are not available when using the X100 storage type.
