The Vector AMI comes with a default 150-GB volume. This is enough space to get started running and loading data into the demo database.

However, for larger datasets or for production workloads, you may want to customize your configuration, for example, by increasing the size of the root volume or configuring multiple volumes in a standard RAID configuration to maximize performance.
