The parameters for controlling IPv6 support are as follows:
• II_TCPIP_VERSION environment variable
• II_GC_PROT environment variable
• ii.hostname.gcX.*.protocol.status (and port) in config.dat, where the gcX server can be gcc, gcd, or jdbc.
