General
General content is intended for all levels of users and cover such topics as using the database management system, configuring settings, and performing tasks with the Zen utilities.

This content allows users who are already familiar with Zen to gain more in-depth information on how to use the product. Specialized tools, such as DDF Builder, and specialized IT infrastructure such as hypervisor environments are discussed in this section.
