Creating a New Access Token
To create a new Access Token for the application
1. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Tokens > New.
The Access Token page is displayed.
2. From the APPLICATION NAME list, select Actian NetSuite Integration.
3. From the USER list, use the drop-down menu and select the allowed users for the Role created.
4. From the ROLE list, use the drop-down menu and select Actian Access Token Role.
The TOKEN NAME is auto-generated.
5. Make sure INACTIVE is NOT checked.
By default, INACTIVE is not selected. If you select it, then the account becomes inactive. Therefore, we recommend that you not select this option.
6. Click Save.
The Access Token Successfully Saved message is displayed, along with the TOKEN ID and TOKEN SECRET. SAVE THESE VALUES; you will need them later.
Note:  For security reasons, the values for Token ID and Token Secret are only displayed on the initial setup page. They cannot be retrieved from the system. If you did not retain this information, you will need to create a new token.
