Setting Up Price Book Configurator in Salesforce
The Price Book Configurator must be set up to match the Salesforce Price Books to your NetSuite Price Levels.
To set up Price Book Configurator
1. Create a Custom Visualforce Tab for the PriceBookConfigurator [NSCRM__PriceBookConfigurator] Visualforce Page.
2. Click the + on the menu bar to access the Visualforce tab.
To view the Price Levels mapped from NetSuite to Salesforce, click the custom Visualforce tab.
3. In Manage Pricing Lists, click Price Books.
The Price Books page is displayed.
4. In Discount Depth, specify a value for each Price Book.
5. Click Save.
The Price Book Configurator is set.
Note: The Discount Depth value is used to know which Pricebook entries to use. The Pricebook entries use the highest Discount Depth available to a customer to ensure they always get the best pricing.
