Creating Order from Steelbrick Quote Manually
To create Order from Steelbrick Quote manually
1. Go to Setup > Build > Create > Objects > Quote (SBQQ__Quote__c).
2. Under Buttons, Links, and Actions click New Button or Link.
The New Button or Link page is displayed.
3. In Label type Generate Order.
4. From the Behavior list, select Execute JavaScript.
5. In the function box, paste the following:
6. Click Check Syntax to validate.
7. Click Save.
8. Under Page Layouts click Edit for the desired Page Layout Name.
9. Click Buttons.
10. Drag and drop Generate Order button in to the Custom Buttons section under Quote Detail.
11. The Order is created from Steelbrick Quote manually.
Note: If the source object for Order creation is not configured for Steelbrick Quote, the user receives a notification when they click Generate Order.
