Salesforce/NetSuite Environment: Feature Alignments
Multi-currency in Saleforce and NetSuite Instances
For the Connector to complete the Object-to-Object integrations, the multi-currency features of Salesforce and NetSuite must be in alignment.
• Salesforce: If multi-currency will be used, you must submit a Salesforce request to enable the function. This will take 2–3 business days. After this feature is enabled, the Salesforce Sandbox will need to be refreshed to ensure that the feature is enabled there as well.
• NetSuite: If multi-currency will be used, you must submit a NetSuite request to enable the function.
