To install and successfully use NetSuite CRM Connector, we recommend that you have a NetSuite sandbox for testing purposes.

NetSuite provides an enhanced Sandbox offering called Premium Sandbox, which provides customers with a replica of their account’s configuration, customization, and data. Each sandbox gives you your own dedicated sandbox instance, which means each environment is isolated, and any changes made in the sandbox are shielded from the live production account.

The NetSuite Sandbox is available to all customers with a variety of contract periods. It is available for NetSuite, NetSuite OneWorld, NetSuite CRM+, and for NetSuite industry editions.

Once you purchase the sandbox account from NetSuite, the administrator of the production system must request a refresh of the sandbox account, which essentially creates a copy of the production database at that time. This process typically takes about 1–2 business days.
