Configuration | Displays the name of the configuration. Clicking the Configuration header sorts the list alphabetically in ascending or descending order. Clicking a configuration name displays details about the configuration in the Configuration Details page. See Edit a Configuration. |
Next Job | Provides some insight in terms of when a configuration will run. For example “On Demand” is displayed for a configuration that is run manually, and “Every 6 hours” is displayed for a configuration that is scheduled to run every six hours. See Run a Configuration and Edit a Configuration. |
Owner | Displays the initials of the configuration owner’s name. Clicking on the owner icon displays the email address of the owner. |
Status | Whether the configuration is Active (set to run on demand or by schedule) or Inactive (not set to run on demand, nor is the configuration scheduled). |

All | Recent | Favorites | Click one of the following tabs to reorganize the configuration list: • All – Displays all configurations. • Recent – Displays recently executed, edited, or created configurations. • Favorites – Displays configurations that are set as favorites. Click , Favorite/Unfavorite to set/unset a configuration as a favorite. Note: The configurations are sorted in alphabetical order in each view. |
Click this icon to search for specific text within the configuration listing. Contents will be filtered based on the search string. Click to clear the search box. | |
Click this icon and then select one or more of the following options to list configurations by the selected one or more filters: • OnDemand - Lists unscheduled configurations. • Active - Lists active configurations. • Inactive - Lists inactive configurations. | |
Click the check box next to the configuration of interest. A toolbar is displayed on the top right of the page. You can perform the following actions from the toolbar: Run the selected configuration. Activate/Deactivate the selected configuration. Add the selected configuration to the Favorites list. Delete the selected configuration. | |
Click this icon to open the dropdown menu and perform the following actions on a configuration: Note: The Configuration must be in the Active state to run. • Run – Click this option to execute the selected configuration. Running a configuration takes you to the Run History page. See Run History. • Set as Active/Inactive – Click this option to set the configurations to active/inactive. • Favorite/Unfavorite – Click this option to include/exclude the configuration in the Favorites tab. • Delete – Click this option to delete the configuration. See Delete a Configuration. Tip... You can perform the following actions on multiple configurations: Check the boxes next to the configuration names, then select Run to execute, Active/Inactive to set active or inactive, Favorite to save to your list of favorites, or Delete to remove. | |
