Setting up Actian Spark Connector
During the express installation, add the -sparkdownload parameter to download and setup Spark. Alternatively, after an installation is complete, you can run iisuspark to download the Spark provider container image from the Docker repository.
If you receive a port allocation error, change the port with the following procedure:
Error message:
docker: Error response from daemon: driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint …. Bind for 127.0.0.1:65000 failed: port is already allocated.
Solution:
Edit the ${II_SYSTEM}/ingres/files/spark-provider/spark_info_file (on Windows, %II_SYSTEM%\ingres\files\spark-provider\spark_info_file) and modify the vector_provider_port with an available port number on your host system.
