Variable-length character string having maximum length size bytes up to 32,000.

Variable-length character string having maximum length size bytes up to 2 GB.
 
NCHAR

Fixed-length Unicode string having maximum length size characters up to 16,000.

Variable-length Unicode string having maximum length size characters up to 16,000.
 
LONG NVARCHAR

Variable-length Unicode string having maximum length size characters up to 2 GB.
