Cannot locate named database or unable to associate with server

Error Message
One of the following errors may be displayed:
Error 19 connecting to 'Actian Zen Multimode': From Connect (driver): SQL state HY000, message:
[PSQL][ODBC Client Interface][LNA][Zen][SQL Engine][Data Record Manager]Cannot locate the named database you specified(Btrieve Error 2301).
Error 19 connecting to 'Actian Avalanche': From Connect (driver): SQL state 08004, message: [Actian][Actian CR ODBC Driver][INGRES]GCA_REQUEST failed: unable to associate with server.
Description
This error is displayed for connectors like Actian Zen and Actian Avalnche when the required macrosets are missing in selected macrodef file or incorrect macrodef file is selected.
Cause/Solution
 
Cause: The required macrosets are missing in selected macrodef file or incorrect macrodef file is selected.
Solution: Do the following:
1. Click Options and then click Manage Macros.
2. Check if the correct macro definition file is selected.
3. If yes then check if the macro sets are present.
4. If yes then check if any path mentioned in macro def file is correct.
