Unable to load the Welcome page after installing new version

This topic provides troubleshooting tips and workaround for known problems. You can generally resolve a problem by using one of the following troubleshooting method:
View the return error codes in the Logs tab or in the Log file for both maps and processes. For information about the error codes, see Error Codes and Messages.
Use the test step/disable step option in Process Editor.
Use the log message function - Allows to insert the value of a variable and message objects into the log file so that you can test to see if the values equal the expected result
