Creating Macro using Create Macro Menu Option
To create a new macro using the Create Macro shortcut menu:
1. Right-click within the text box where you want to specify a macro.
2. Select Create Macro.
The Create New Macro dialog is displayed.
Note:  The Create Macro menu option is displayed only for a macro enabled text box or drop down for a map, process or profile parts and properties.
3. In the Create New Macro dialog, specify the macro details:
Macro Set Name: You can select an existing macro set or type a new name. This is the macro set where the new macro will be added.
If you enter a new macro set name, that does not exist then on clicking Create it will be created and stored in the configured macro definition file and after that the new macro will be added to this new macro set. For more information about macro definition file, see Macro Definition Files.
Macro Name: Type the new macro name. It should be unique.

Encrypted: (Optional) Select this to encrypt the macro.
If you select the encrypted option then the value entered in the Macro Value field will be masked.
Description: (Optional) A brief description for the macro.
The Description field is disabled (not supported) for macros that belong to LOCAL macro set.
