Troubleshooting Map Execution
The troubleshooting feature is available on the Results tab, and it not only provides more information about the error but also suggests options for resolving the error by providing a link to the relevant documentation and community posts.
Note:  There are currently only a subset of runtime errors that are linked into the troubleshooting feature. More will be added over time.
To troubleshoot an execution error:
1. Run the transformation. If the execution fails, look for Error Status in the Results tab.
2. Click the Troubleshoot link that is displayed with the Error Status.
This link is displayed if there is a troubleshooting information available for the listed error message.
3. Click the Troubleshoot link.
A new help panel is automatically displayed. This help panel contains the error code, a list of potential error messages that relate to the error code, problem description, suggested solutions, and related documentation and community links.
Note:  Sometimes, external help links in Help topics may silently fail. No error message appears, and nothing opens. This is typically caused by how Eclipse is configured to display help content, rather than an issue with the link itself. You can fix this by setting the Browser and Help preferences. See Setting Help Preferences.
4. Perform the troubleshooting steps.
You can leave the help panel open while performing the troubleshooting steps.
5. Close the troubleshooting panel and re-run the transformation.
