Create a new form by duplicating an existing form in the current database. Modify it with the Duplicate operation on the Forms Catalog frame, following the same steps used to create a default form. For details, see Create Default Forms (see page Create Default Forms).

To duplicate a form from another database, use the copyform system-level command to copy the form into the intended database. This command also allows you to change the name and ownership of the form.
