Table names must conform to the standard object naming conventions discussed in Naming and Name Use Conventions on page 21. Table names must be unique by user. That is, one user cannot have two tables with the same name, unless the identical names are delimited identifiers in different case. Different users can each have tables with the same names; we recommend, however, that you do not use the name of a table created by the database administrator.
