IngresConnect is a version of Actian DataConnect for Ingres users. It provides a graphical, end-to-end solution enabling users to transform data, define advanced workflows, and manage integration projects. DataConnect provides connectivity to many different types of flat and hierarchical file formats, databases, and message queues, enabling users to quickly bring data in or out of existing Ingres tables.

As part of your Ingres subscription, you are entitled to download Actian DataConnect 11.0 and access the IngresConnect connectors for flat files and databases; the source or target of your integrations must be Ingres.

For example, IngresConnect can be used to ingest data from an electronic invoice into an Ingres database; conversely it can be used to generate flat files from Ingres data.
