The -2.0 flag, used to help customers migrate from Ingres Windows4GL 2.0 to CA OpenROAD 3.0, was partially deprecated in OpenROAD 4.0 (removed from w4glrunu and runimage) but remained for the w4gldev and w4glrun commands. It was expected that customers would change their applications so that future upgrades would not require the flag.

The -2.0 flag is now fully deprecated and removed in this release of Actian OpenROAD.
