Actian offers a Community Edition and an Enterprise Edition of Vector on the AWS Marketplace. Community Edition support is available through the Actian Community.
The Enterprise Edition comes with Silver Support. Customer Support Liaisons have access to Actian Support Engineers during normal business hours as specified for their region.
Access to the Support Portal including online support interface, knowledge base, discussion forums, and download site is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. You may also contact Actian Support by phone, e-mail, and the online support portal.
