The express_install.sh script is no longer available and is replaced by the install.sh script, which runs with a limited number user prompts by default.

To replicate the express_install functionality found in earlier releases, use install.sh ‑express.

To replicate the interactive install.sh found in earlier releases, use install.sh ‑interactive.
