Configuring NetSuite CRM Connector in Salesforce
Creating the Integration User
The Integration User is required for auditing purposes. This includes the information about the records that are updated by the user and the records that are updated by the integration system requirements. Also, it prevents innumerable loops such that the data sent to Salesforce will not trigger a sync to NetSuite immediately.
Note:  The Integration User is required and should ONLY be used by the integrations. This will prevent infinite loops when records are updated and synced between systems.
To create an Integration User
1. Go to Setup > Manage Users > Users.
The Admin Users page is displayed.
2. Click New User.
The New User page is displayed.
3. Specify the following fields:
a. In User License, choose type: Salesforce
b. In Profile, choose: System Administrator
c. In Last Name, type Integration
d. In First Name, type Actian.
e. In Email, type a valid email address that you have access to.
f. In Alias, type AI.
g. In Username, type a name that indicates that this is an Integration User.
For example, actian.integration.user@actian.com or JDoe.integrationuser@acmeinc.com.
4. Click Save.
