In the Product Catalog Sync, you can use either NetSuite or Salesforce as the system of record for items and pricing. For example, if NetSuite is selected as the System of Record for the Product Catalog, then the sync inserts or updates the records to Salesforce and overwrites any changes that occurred in Salesforce.
