Creating Macro Sets using Create Macro Menu Option
To create a new macro set using the Create Macro shortcut menu:
1. Right-click within the text box where you want to specify a macro.
2. Select Create Macro.
The Create New Macro dialog is displayed.
Note:  The Create Macro menu option is displayed only for a macro enabled text box or drop down for a map, process or profile parts and properties.
3. In the Create New Macro dialog, you must specify a Macro Set Name where the new macro will be added. You can select an existing macro set or type a new name. If you enter a new macro set name, that does not exist, add the macro details, and then click Create a new macro set will be created and the new macro will be added to this file. The macro set will be saved in the configured macro definition file. For more information, see Creating Macro using Create Macro Menu Option. For more information about macro definition file, see Macro Definition Files.
