Other connector enhancements:
Connector Migration Utility has been updated. See Migrating Connectors in an Existing Map.
HCL Informix 14.1 has been renamed to HCL Informix 14.10 Server and HCL Informix Dynamic Server 14.1 Multimode has been renamed to HCL Informix Dynamic Server 14.10 Multimode.

Creating Packages
Package and inventory creation now runs in the background. A new Progress tab displays the status, remaining time, and queued requests, allowing you to continue other tasks while the process completes. See Package and Inventory Creation Progress Tab.
Data Profile
The Profiles tab has been renamed to Rules tab and has been redesigned. See Exploring Data Profile Editor, Adding Rules from Rules Tab, and Field Data Discovery.
Data Discovery options have been added to Data Profiler preferences. See Setting Data Profile Preferences.
When editing a profile, you can now click (Inspect Data and Auto Add Rules) to use internal algorithms which inspect the data and recommend rules based on knowledge of the source schema and various data pattern matching tests. This method is recommended if you are not sure about the data problems of your source data. See Inspecting Data and Auto Adding Rules using Wizard and Inspecting Data and Auto Adding Rules from Rules Tab.
Some of the Data Profile rules have been deprecated. There are new rules which you can use in their place. See Deprecated Rules.
Field Data Discovery has been added to Rules tab. Data Discovery provides insights into patterns, values, and formats within the columns of a source dataset. It serves as a powerful tool for users to identify potential issues and understand the nature of their data more deeply. See Field Data Discovery.
The Add Rules dialog has been updated. See Adding Rules from Rules Tab.
A new set of Remediation Rules have been added. Remediation rules can help you to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in source data. This can include tasks such as removing duplicate records, standardizing format and data types, and filling in missing values.
Integration Manager
Two new features have been added to DataConnect’s seamless integration with Integration Manager. These allow you to edit the schedule of an already imported IM configuration and to run IM configurations. See Executing Integration Manager Job Configurations, Editing Integration Manager Job Configuration Schedule, and Deleting Integration Manager Job Configuration Schedule.
Invoker
OAuth 2.0 Invoker has been added. The OAuth 2.0 Invoker component enables OAuth Authorization using an invoker which inserts an access token into a DJMessage body within a Process workflow. This feature relieves the user from having to manually retrieve an access token. See OAuth 2.0 Invoker.
Managing Macros
Starting with version 12.3, DataConnect includes a re-encryption tool. The prior versions included a default encryption key that used the DES scheme. See Re-encrypting Macros.
Now you can import macros from other macro definition files using the Import Macros button on the Manage Macros preferences dialog. See Importing Macros using Preferences Dialog.
Setting Preferences
The Break after first error option has been removed from the Setting Logging Preferences dialog and the Process Designer. It is now a deprecated option.
Templates
The location preferences for DataConnect Templates has been updated. See Setting Templates Preference for Process Designer.
Others
Now you can use the Connector Migration Wizard to smoothly migrate deprecated connectors to any other connector within existing maps. See Migrating Connectors in an Existing Map.
A comparison of v9 and v12 events and actions have been added to help users who are migrating from DataConnect v9 to DataConnect v12+. See V9 Versus V12 Events and V9 Versus V12 Actions.
Added support for TLS 1.3.
JRE embedded in DataConnect has been upgraded to Adoptium JRE 17.0.10+7 for Windows and Linux.
